We are ourselves SME/MSME/NSIC registered company and work with various government departments/ organizations and participate in TENDERS. Our E-Commerce venture www.industrykart.com helps SME/MSME in several ways.
We have come across one
development lately in e-procurement tenders; some government organizations are
charging huge amounts for each TENDER as Tender processing fee. As per their norms, the Tender FEE is Free
for NSIC registered companies but Tender Processing fee is payable.
Now Tender fee is some 500
INR, it is free but Tender processing
Fee is INR 5618 and is payable. This is difficult for SME companies like us
to participate in Tenders. It is causing
big hindrance in SME participation in government.
Kindly intervene and get SME/MSME/NSIC registered
exempt from Tender Processing Fee, which is actually tender Fee in a different
Name.
